We Offer a 1 year manufacturer's warranty.  This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may occur, outside of usual wear and tear. 

Manufacturing Defects:

We warranty against manufacturing defects for 14 days from the date of package delivery. Please inspect your product upon arrival and contact us immediately if you notice any defects.

Important Notes:

VTEN'S products are designed for automotive applications. Once installed, we cannot cover any damage, wear, or failure caused by usage, improper installation, accidents, or neglect.

To ensure proper functionality, please have all parts installed by a qualified professional and handle them with care.

Filing a Warranty Claim:

Contact us within the warranty period.

Provide photos of the product showing the issue.

Include proof of purchase and delivery date.

Our team will promptly review your claim and work to resolve it.
